Diploma in Operation Theater Technology

An OT Technician’s work includes managing the patients as well as taking care of the ins and outs of the operation process. Some other duties of the technician include the following: Looking after all the surgical instruments and their sterilization. Management of the staff. Assisting the surgeon during the operations.

TERMINAL COMPETENCY: Successful Candidates would be able to operate the Boils operator, suction apparatus, ventilator, O.T Table, Oxygen cylinder, etc to assist surgeons. On completion of this module, the participants can be Employed as Operation Theater Technicians in public / Private Hospitals & Clinics.
